I must admit that in the beginning I was a little apprehensive about buying a car over the internet, but I needn't have worried. On behalf of both my wife and myself, we would like to thank you and your team at Sonnauto for the efficient, professional and stress free manner in which we have been able to purchase our new Kia Sedona from Sonnauto.

Having test driven the Sedona at a local Kia dealership, we both knew that this was the vehicle that we wanted to buy, however, we considered that the main dealer prices were far too high. We had already done extensive research into the vehicle and possible ways in which we could buy it, prior to the test drive, so we knew that we could buy the vehicle at a much lower cost. When I challenged the salesman at the dealership over the prices that they wanted to charge and the other purchase options we had considered, he was very dismissive and derogatory of the lower cost options of purchase and resorted to scare tactics ( primarily directed to my wife ) about the risk of lower standards of Safety and Specification, almost implying that they were grey imports. I can reassure anyone that the dealer was indeed being unjustly dismissive, in this case.

I have to admit that we were a little apprehensive about taking the plunge in making such a high cost purchase over the Internet, however Jon and his team at Sonnauto have helped to make it a very easy and stress free method of car purchase. I can confirm that the standard of Safety equipment and Specification of our delivered vehicle, is in no way different to that which would be supplied by any Kia main dealer and I also have the satisfaction of paying over £2500 less than the dealership were asking for the same vehicle specification.

Jon has provided excellent communications all through the buying process and our new car was successfully delivered to our driveway on the agreed date. All the staff connected with our car purchase, from Jon, his team through to the lady who delivered our car have been efficient, professional and friendly.

Without doubt or hesitation, I would very highly recommend Sonnauto to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle of the same main dealer's supplied specification, but who does not want to pay a main dealer's over inflated price tag.

For anyone looking at buying from Sonnauto with the same trepidation I had when buying a vehicle over the Internet - don't worry! Jon and Steve couldn't have made the process any more comfortable.

They were quite happy to go that 'extra yard' to make sure all my fears were alleviated when buying a nearly new car I hadn't seen, carefully going through each report for four possible vehicles they'd identified on my behalf and assessing my priorities as a buyer.

Prior to delivery they even sorted out the tax and a missing alloy 'centre piece' with the local Chevrolet dealership to ensure that everything was perfect on delivery; other than test driving I didn't even have to leave the door.

I've purchased a number of cars over the last few years, a brand new Alfa Romeo, Land Rover and Audi (all from main dealers) and a VW from a car supermarket.

With regard to any prospective purchaser of a vehicle via SONNAUTO UK LIMITED, I can with all honesty recommend this company.

I undertook extensive research into the process of purchasing a new vehicle via internet purchase, and as many people thinking of taking this route to a new car acquisition, I too was apprehensive.

I however from when I first spoke to Darren was impressed by his open manner and also that he took what ever time to fully explain the purchasing route via SONNAUTO. There was full invoices and receipts at every stage, and also telephone calls to up date on the progress of the vehicle purchase.

There was a hiccup with the purchase of my vehicle in which Darren was let down by his supplier, who supplied a 2.0 litre instead of a 1.8 model, Darren was extremely apologetic for this happening and although he thought it might take 5-8 weeks to get the correct model, he turned up trumps with a 1.8 model inside 3 weeks.

I am now the totally satisfied owner of a new vehicle at an excellent saving on what I would have paid via a dealer.

Telephone contact was always pleasant. Emails were very prompt and reactive to my 'silly little questions' and actually gave me great confidence that Sonnauto was a good firm to deal with. Confidence is important, actually it is vital, as web based contact with companies is sometimes associated with horror stories - although never in my experience but hey, we are talking a lot of cash here - my cash - hence the importance of the 'confidence factor'.

Friends couldn't believe the amount of money we saved (£1800.00) and that it was delivered in a fortnight. Many sites offer good savings but you have to trust them not to disappear with your deposit in the 3-6 months they take importing your car from the continent.

Moreover, the hidden costs of 'delivery to your door, port pick up or pick from overseas country' can add as much as £600 to the final bill. After extensively looking around for a new car to replace an ageing 5 series BMW, we (my wife and I) decided to go for a car that would give proven reliability.

Next I checked who would give me a good deal and found that going on the "Net" offered me the best options. This was a totally new experience in buying a car, but already having checked out the car physically at local dealers I had no apprehension in going ahead. I decided on "Sonnauto" as the dealer to supply me with the new car as they gave the best deal. It all was very easy to arrange. On behalf of both my wife and myself, we would like to thank you and your team at Sonnauto for the efficient, professional and stress free manner in which we have been able to purchase our new Kia Sedona from Sonnauto.

Having test driven the Sedona at a local Kia dealership, we both knew that this was the vehicle that we wanted to buy, however, we considered that the main dealer prices were far too high. We had already done extensive research into the vehicle and possible ways in which we could buy it, prior to the test drive, so we knew that we could buy the vehicle at a much lower cost. When I challenged the salesman at the dealership over the prices that they wanted to charge and the other purchase options we had considered, he was very dismissive and derogatory of the lower cost options of purchase and resorted to scare tactics ( primarily directed to my wife ) about the risk of lower standards of Safety and Specification, almost implying that they were grey imports. I can reassure anyone that the dealer was indeed being unjustly dismissive, in this case.

I have to admit that we were a little apprehensive about taking the plunge in making such a high cost purchase over the Internet, however Jon and his team at Sonnauto have helped to make it a very easy and stress free method of car purchase. I can confirm that the standard of Safety equipment and Specification of our delivered vehicle, is in no way different to that which would be supplied by any Kia main dealer and I also have the satisfaction of paying over £2500 less than the dealership were asking for the same vehicle specification.

Jon has provided excellent communications all through the buying process and our new car was successfully delivered to our driveway on the agreed date. All the staff connected with our car purchase, from Jon, his team through to the lady who delivered our car have been efficient, professional and friendly.

Without doubt or hesitation, I would very highly recommend Sonnauto to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle of the same main dealer's supplied specification, but who does not want to pay a main dealer's over inflated price tag.
